Kaushik is Indian by blood, Nigerian by heart, American by outlook, and Australian by paper

Kaushik started playing tennis at the age of 6 and achieved a ranking of Number 1 in Nigeria at the age of 12

Kaushik left his parents at the age of 13 to go and train at a world-famous tennis academy in the United States of America

Kaushik achieved a global tennis ranking of 900 at the age of 19

Kaushik completed his PhD in a record time of 2 years, at the age of 29

Kaushik came to Australia to work as a tennis coach in 2006

Kaushik has spoken at conferences all over the world, including France, Thailand, New Zealand, India, Mauritius and Australia

Kaushik published a best-selling book titled The Art of Winging It in 2022

Kaushik has done 2 TED talks, on resilience and sustainability

Kaushik is an intrapreneur, business coach, university lecturer and corporate leader in sustainability.

Dr. Kaushik Sridhar is an experienced and purpose-driven sustainability leader with over 18 years’ experience developing and implementing environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs, strategies, and initiatives focusing on improving business’ financial bottom line and contribution to society while reducing their environmental impacts. In 2020, he was named among the ‘40 Under 40 Influential Asian-Australians’, and also ranked #8 in Assent Compliance’ Top 100 Global Corporate Social Responsibility Leaders. He is widely published in Australian and international peer-reviewed journals. He has presented at conferences in Australia, Asia and Europe. He holds a PhD and MBA from Macquarie Business School. His commitment to making an impact in the community as well as driving change within large businesses, universities and not-for-profit organisations has placed him in good stead with a wide range of stakeholders.
