Kaushik is an intrapreneur, business coach, university lecturer and corporate leader in sustainability.

Dr. Kaushik Sridhar is an experienced and purpose-driven sustainability leader with over 14 years’ experience developing and implementing environmental, social and governance (ESG) programs, strategies, and initiatives focusing on improving business’ financial bottom line and contribution to society while reducing their environmental impacts. In 2020, he was named among the ‘40 Under 40 Influential Asian-Australians’, and also ranked #8 in Assent Compliance’ Top 100 Global Corporate Social Responsibility Leaders. He is widely published in Australian and international peer-reviewed journals. He has presented at conferences in Australia, Asia and Europe. He holds a PhD and MBA from Macquarie Business School. His commitment to making an impact in the community as well as driving change within large businesses, universities and not-for-profit organisations has placed him in good stead with a wide range of stakeholders.
